Disco Steps Dance Fitness Class at Ferring Village Hall

A pop up Disco Steps class will take place at Ferring Village Hall on Saturday 14 March at 6.30pm, offering a lively way to keep fit while enjoying classic music.

The 45 minute session features easy to follow dance moves set to hits from the 1960s 1970s and 1980s, making it suitable for all abilities. No previous dance experience is required and the class is led by a fully qualified female instructor.
