Free CPR and Defibrillator Training Session

This free community training session offers practical guidance on what to do during a cardiac emergency, including how to perform CPR, how to use a defibrillator safely, and what actions to take while waiting for emergency services. No medical background is required, just a willingness to learn skills that could make a real difference.

The session runs from 10am to 11.30am and is suitable for adults and children aged 10 and over, with children required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis, with the same session also available on Saturday 26 September 2026.

To book a place, attendees should contact the organisers with their name, contact number and email address if available. Further details can be found at https://www.facebook.com/events/798663949299541/ or by contacting admin@angmering-pc.gov.uk or calling 01903 722124.
