Laughs for a Cause - Covert Comedy Returns to Worthing

Covert Comedy returns to Worthing for an evening of laughs and fundraising at The Charmandean on Thursday, 8th May.

With headline acts Ben Norris and Markus Birdman leading the bill - and two surprise performers kept under wraps -the night promises both laughter and support for a vital cause.

Ben Norris, celebrated for his effortless stage presence and razor-sharp improvisation, has been entertaining audiences since 1993. Often described as “a master of the craft” by GQ Magazine, Norris delivers stand-up with polished precision. He is joined by Markus Birdman, a familiar face from Britain’s Got Talent and a veteran of the Edinburgh Fringe, whose global reputation continues to grow. With accolades from fellow comedians and a reputation for clever, insightful comedy, Birdman brings both charm and substance to the stage.

All proceeds from the night will support My University Hospitals Sussex, the charity dedicated to enhancing care across NHS hospitals in the region.
