Social Bat and Chat Table Tennis Sessions for Older Adults

Worthing Table Tennis Club runs friendly Bat and Chat sessions aimed at helping older adults stay active and meet new people in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The sessions offer gentle exercise alongside light conversation and an opportunity to build confidence with table tennis at an easy pace.

The programme takes place twice a week, with Mondays at Lancing Parish Hall and Thursdays at the Girl Guides Hall on Forest Road in Worthing. Each session runs from 10am to 11.30am. Equipment is provided, no previous experience is needed, the first session is free, and subsequent sessions cost £5.
