Southern Hospice Group Open Gardens Across Sussex

Southern Hospice Group is launching its first Open Gardens programme for 2026, inviting visitors to discover a range of beautiful and inspiring gardens across Sussex while supporting Chestnut Tree House, St Barnabas House and Martlets.

The programme features a variety of gardens, from charming walled cottage gardens to thriving organic cut flower projects. Many locations will offer homemade cakes and refreshments, while some will also host live entertainment, craft stalls and gardening inspiration for visitors of all ages.
