Springtime Hallelujah concert by Worthing choir The Rowland Singers

The Rowland Singers Choral Society will celebrate the arrival of spring with a concert titled Springtime Hallelujah featuring a selection of well known choral works including music from Handel’s Messiah.

The performances will take place at Emmanuel URC in Worthing on Thursday 26 March at 7.30pm and Saturday 28 March at 4.00pm.

The programme centres on Handel’s Messiah first performed in 1742 and widely regarded as one of the most famous choral works ever written. The concert will include dramatic choruses expressive arias and the celebrated Hallelujah Chorus conducted by Helen Emery with David Moore accompanying.
