Taize Prayer Evening at St Andrews Church West Tarring

St Andrews Church in West Tarring is holding a special Taize Prayer Evening on Sunday 20 September at 6pm, offering an evening of prayer, meditative songs and reflection.

The style of sung prayer was developed by the Taize Community for its international gatherings of young people, drawing inspiration from ancient canons. Songs were initially composed by renowned church musicians Jacques Berthier and Joseph Gelineau in collaboration with the Taize brothers.
