A259 Brighton Road in Worthing Closed After Two-Vehicle Collision

Brighton Road on the A259 in Worthing was temporarily closed following a collision involving two vehicles on Saturday afternoon. Emergency services attended the scene and confirmed that no one was trapped.

West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service were called to the incident at 1.58pm on 13 July. On arrival, crews confirmed that all occupants were safely out of their vehicles and firefighters worked to make the scene safe.

The collision occurred between Western Road and a nearby petrol station, leading to the closure of Brighton Road in both directions. The road has since reopened.
