Armed Police Arrest Three After Assault in Littlehampton

Armed police officers arrested three men in Littlehampton after being called to a reported assault.

The incident occurred on Selwyn Avenue at approximately 6:50 pm yesterday. According to the police, a 25-year-old man reported he was being attacked. On arrival, the officers apprehended three suspects: one aged 27 and two aged 23. They were arrested on suspicion of assault and are currently being held in custody.

The 25-year-old victim did not require hospital treatment following the attack. Sussex Police are now appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward. They are requesting that reports be submitted online, citing serial 1214 of 02/05.
