Man charged over robbery and theft at Shoreham shops

A man has been charged following a robbery at a Co-Op in Shoreham and a separate theft at a nearby shop.
Sussex Police confirmed that 33-year-old Jack Reeder, of Seafield Road in Hove, has been charged with robbery and theft following incidents in Shoreham. The charges relate to the robbery of cash from the Co-Op on Ham Road and the theft of a packet of crisps from Shoreham News on Buckingham Road.
The incidents took place on Saturday, 10 May, and followed an earlier public appeal for information. Reeder has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear at Lewes Crown Court on 10 June.
