Serious crash causes long delays on A24 at Findon

A serious crash on the A24 at Findon has caused heavy congestion during the morning rush hour, with traffic reported to be queuing for up to a mile.
Motorists are experiencing severe delays of around ten minutes on the northbound carriageway near the Findon Bypass.
According to AA Traffic News, the road was blocked following a collision involving a motorbike after the A280 Long Furlong at the Findon Roundabout. Traffic has been reported as congested between Long Furlong and the A24 Findon Bypass.
Queues were said to be stretching back as far as Long Furlong and towards Patching. Drivers are being advised to expect delays while the incident is dealt with.
