Two arrested after teenagers stabbed in Littlehampton alleyway

Two people have been arrested after two teenagers were seriously injured in a stabbing in Littlehampton.

The incident happened at around 10pm on March 26 in an alleyway between Hampton Way and Kent Road. Two boys required hospital treatment following what police described as serious assaults.

Sussex Police said an 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and possession of a class B drug. A 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of two counts of causing grievous bodily harm and possession of a class B drug with intent to supply. Both have been bailed while enquiries continue.

Detectives said the investigation is ongoing and additional patrols have been carried out in the area. Officers have appealed for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward, quoting Operation Annscroft when contacting police or Crimestoppers.
