Two boys arrested over Worthing seafront stabbing

Two boys have been arrested as detectives continue to investigate a stabbing on Worthing seafront.
Police were called at around 1.17pm on Wednesday 1 October after reports of three teenagers, one armed with a knife, chasing another teenager along Marine Parade near the junction with West Street.
An 18-year-old man suffered a hand injury and was treated by members of the public before being taken to hospital. He was later discharged.
Two boys from Worthing, aged 16 and 17, have since been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent. Both have been released on conditional bail until 5 January while enquiries continue.
