Two teenagers injured in Littlehampton stabbing attack

Two teenagers have been injured after being stabbed by masked attackers in an alleyway in Littlehampton.

Sussex Police said the 17 year olds reported being attacked at around 10pm on March 26 after being approached by two men between Hampton Way and Kent Road. Both victims are receiving treatment for their injuries.

The suspects were described as wearing black clothing and balaclavas, with one estimated to be about 5ft 6in tall and the other around 6ft 2in. Police said items were left at the scene and are undergoing forensic examination as part of the investigation, which has been named Operation Annscroft.

Detectives are carrying out enquiries to establish the circumstances of the incident and identify those responsible. Anyone with information is being asked to contact police on 101 quoting the operation name, or to report anonymously via Crimestoppers.
