West Sussex residents asked for views on new electric vehicle chargers

West Sussex County Council is asking residents for their views on proposed locations for new on-street electric vehicle chargepoints across the county.

The proposals form part of the West Sussex Public Chargepoint Network and are intended to improve access to charging for people without driveways or garages. Each planned site would have a dual-socket chargepoint capable of charging two vehicles at the same time.

Residents can view the proposed locations and respond to the consultation, which runs until Monday, October 19. The scheme is being delivered with Connected Kerb through the government’s Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Pilot Programme.
