**Guild Care, a Worthing-based charity, has acquired Saxon House, a prominent office building in Little High Street, in a move set to transform its service delivery.** 

The purchase was made possible with support from local philanthropist Mike Holland, a long-term supporter of the charity.

The two-storey building, formerly used by the Environment Agency, offers modern facilities, including open-plan offices, a passenger lift, and 77 parking spaces. Guild Care plans to enhance its services by using the additional space to create a welcoming and efficient environment for its staff, volunteers, and service users. The charity provides care for older people, individuals with dementia, and those with learning disabilities.
