Worthing music venue wins top South England award for second year

A Worthing live music venue has been recognised as South England Live Music Venue of the Year for 2025 to 26, marking its second consecutive win at the Prestige Awards.

The Factory Live was selected by judges from Prestige Awards, which celebrates organisations that consistently deliver high standards of service, quality and innovation.

The award follows the venue’s previous success in 2024 to 25, with judges assessing criteria including customer experience, value, sustainable working practices and consistency. The Factory Live opened in 2019 and has a standing capacity of 285, hosting more than 175 live events each year across music, comedy, cabaret, talks and workshops.

The venue has welcomed a wide range of established and tribute acts and is also involved in community and charity projects, including fundraising concerts and partnerships with local organisations. It works with charities and education providers to support young musicians and adults with learning disabilities, alongside providing regular performance opportunities for students.
