The Poundland store on Montague Street, Worthing, has been listed for sale with a price tag of £2.5 million. The commercial unit generates a rental income of £250,000 per year under a lease agreement valid until 2028.

Vanderwald Estates has announced the sale of the property, located at 56 Montague Street in Worthing’s pedestrianised town centre.

The 20,645 sq ft unit boasts a prominent glass frontage of approximately 70 feet, with entrances on both Montague Street and Chandos Road. The property is described as being in a prime location, benefiting from high pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
